I suppose part of this comes from IT companies taking the legal sector for granted. I feel a little happier but I am comparing iManage as it was pre-Autonomy (Interwoven) to the new arrangement. <br /><br />The next off the ranks is FWBS and Matter Centre joining FloSuite at Thomson UK. This does not appear to be a strategic Elite but rather the local UK play. Will be interesting on the plans for the remote outposts like Cayman and Australia. <br /><br />Both organisations were always open to acquisition but it has taken a long time to find a deal in the current market.
